We can theorize all we want on why The Brady Bunch will always be a permanent pop culture fixture. Whether it's the idealistic all-American family values or sense of sibling closeness, those reading this blog envy the Bradys.
Sure, no one's life revolves around losing mom's earrings or setting a teeter totter record. And that's exactly why I find such comfort in the charming frivolity of the Brady world. Thus begins the journey of this blog, to celebrate the world immortalized in the five years of the show.
I won't be blogging about the spin-offs, the movies or the current reality show. My focus is to examine and perhaps delve deeper into the appeal of The Brady Bunch (all with good, sardonic-yet-loving humor). I welcome your feedback and encourage you to keep coming back as I change the format, add many pictures and discuss our favorite family.
Topics will include individual episode commentaries, deep character examinations and a dissection of famous Brady quotes. If you're beyond being a casual fan, then you'll fit right in. I've got a slice of bologna and a glass of milk waiting for you. You're home.

This is great! Way to go. I too have often pondered the psychology behind our culture's favorite family.
